Misty over at THEY TAKE MY BREATH AWAY (My sweet friend) posted something that really hit home with me today. in brackets in her thoughts{ We are constantly praying for others and sometimes we forget to pray in favor of our own loved ones. Sometimes I feel like my prayer list are so long and exhausting that I forget that I still need to pray for my children and those I love dearly.}


See why I like her so so so much . our Hearts are so alike now that bracket passage from her amazing blog like mine lol kidding but hey stick with us ok we both love comments and to read all about you all. it our adult conversation after tending to our toddler's now wow.


so that all just Made me say hey wake up and make note to self pray for all like you and I always do no question but also Pray for your children and do not slack on the fact that your family and your loved one's can use prayes in good health and bad . so that made me think and cry and say wow I'm so glad we are friend's that was a great oversight . I'm a prayer worrier but stop take a breath and think of your self think of my babies and think of my family and of course others . So my list is long today . I pray that Emma's sweet friend Morgan who turned 1 YEAR WOW , she is going to her Doctor's apt for her yearly checkup and to check on a heart mumer that her sweet parents are aware of and watching that it is in deed ok. This is what Misty has asked us to ALL pray for is .........

Prayer Request:


*That it has improved to either be gone and or staying innocent.
*That is has not grown or gotten any worse.
*That if it has changed, that GOD protects my heart and gives me the strength to hear all the doctors have to tell us.
*MOST IMPORTANTLY that its GONE!!


A little side note prayer request:


*That our parents have safe arrivals today.
*That our weekend goes smoothly and we get to enjoy the time with family and friends, while rejoicing in HIS name.

Sven day prayer's lets use this today and pray that stellan arrives in Boston ok and that Morgans 1 year apt is amzing and that Misty and Mark are at ease with her progress cause they are so inlove with God's little gifts that have been layed in there labs amen.

1. When they wake up: "Let the morning bring (child's name) word of your unfailing love, for she has put her trust in You. Show (her/him) the way (she/he) should go, for to you (he/she) lifts up her soul." (Adapted from Psalm 143:8)


2. When they are getting dressed: "Therefore, as God's chosen child, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourself with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Lord, help (him/her) bear with others and forgive whatever grievances (he/she) has against others. Help (him/her) forgive as the Lord forgave (him/her). And over all these virtues, help (him/her) put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity." (Adapted from Colossians 3:12-14)


3. While they are eating: "Teach (child's name) the secret of being content in any and every situation whether well-fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. Teach (him/her) that (he/she) can do everything through him who gives (him/her) strength." (Adapted from Philippians 4:12-13)


4. When they go out of the house: "(Name of child), do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is-His good, pleasing and perfect will." (Adapted from Romans 12:2)


5. While they are taking a bath: Lord, give (name of child) clean hands and a pure heart, and let (him/her) not lift (his/her) soul to an idol or swear by what is false. Let (him/her) receive blessing from the Lord and vindication from God (his/her) Savior. Let (him/her) be part of the generation of those who seek him, who seek your face, O God of Jacob. While they are sleeping: "I pray that (name of child) will do everything without complaining or arguing, so that he/she may become blameless and pure, a child of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which he/she shines like a star in the universe as he/she holds out the word of life-in order that he/she may boast on the day of Christ that he/she did not run or labor for nothing." I feel like God has been reminding me more and more lately that I need to live my life in prayer. For my children, husband, family, friends, country, those in need, etc., etc. As a mother, it has been so pivotal for my children to hear me praying out loud over them, and I want to commit to do this every day (seven times a day!) for the next week. If you care to join me, just copy these verses onto index cards (or, if you came here from Jessica's blog, feel free to print them on pretty scrapbook paper and embellish your little heart out....:))
