Welcome to the New Circle of Life:
New Look, New Year, New Beginnings. I wanted a new fresh look, something totally different from before, something to make me happy and smile while I blog to you all. I wanted a cheerful and shocker {colorful look} If you know me, I have always had blues and kept it simple .

Well not this time, look out! We were granted this “one life” and we will live it to the fullest each and every day no matter what it may bring. We praise the LORD above all and thank him for each day and look at it as it is a blessing .

I wanted my Blog and look to be current with us today and the best phrase that I can come up was this:
“It may be a crazy life but it is our life and we would not change a thing,”
2 girls, pottery training a toddler ,taking care of a ill parent, photographer/mommy, daily life, people in and out, crazy non stop, always busy …

Let’s rewind: Last year I started reading Blog’s and then decided I wanted a piece of the action and joined the Blogging world. How did I pick the name CIRCLE OF LIFE you all have asked ? - I thought long and hard and wanted a name that stood out to me and who we are and that it should be meaningful . I went back and forth with names and suggestions from my family over this Big decision and in the end we all agreed on “Circle of life.”

Being a Christ Follower, my first thought was Jesus first then my family, I wanted to blog about daily adventures in our current life which included , God and what he is doing with us, my family and to my 2 beautiful daughters who are my inspiration . Circle of life represents all the above, in our circle what is the most important thing to us and In the center of it is God then going around like clock wise is life and every thing that it may bring; the good, the bad and the ugly, our family, children and daily life fumbles as a Christ followers .

I then connected with many of your Blog’s and began making several friends through connections .
Of the things that I connected the most was the fact that lots of you are moms’ and our daily life adventures are kind of the same, let's call it "messy Families " we all have soemthing going on .

I then started learning the ropes of the Blogs and creating a different look, a look that represented me and who I am , I learned how to add buttons { thanks Forest} and then this little button called Follower; never the less, never did I imagine that I would then see my “follower” button from one being myself expanding to 47 Nor did I ever except my counter to be in the thousands. When I say I’m truly Blessed, I am, When I say that I love reading what you all have to say it’s because I do.


our family has experienced a change, for starters my Father is ill and well, we all have been so distort by the drastic changes that we all are experiencing , however we have a Big God that we have come closer too, a great Church and supportive friends that have been by our side . We are not alone .

Again, it all comes back to Jesus and this one prayer, the words were bleeding out of this and I always thought of Audrey Caroline and Bring the Rain but now dealing with a illness such as this one , the strength and the weakness the doubt

these words just hit home . There is not a song that hit home answering what we are going through lately other then this one song .

So I pray

Bring me joy, bring me peace
Bring the chance to be free
Bring me anything that brings
You glory And I know there'll
be days When this life brings me pain
But if that's what it takes to praise You Jesus,
bring the rain

I could not have written that any better to sum up our thoughts, if you came in my bedroom and stole my journal this is what would be in it. I broke up this prayer so you can relate why this was so meaningful to us at this time .

the Joy= memory's when my father was not ill,

peace= peace of mind that it is a illness and nothing else,

chance to be free- take a deep breathe, we can not change what is happening .

anything that brings such pain= if that makes me pray harder and have a stronger connection with the lord and bring me peace and comfort then, Bring it ! -Bring the rain .


I had taken a picture of my three year old playing in the Rain for a photo shoot and added this prayer on my side bar to remind me all these facts .

I hope you love circle of life’s new look and song choices and that you grab a cup of hot coco or tea and stay awhile as we play catch up for the past year . For all of you that have e-mailed me and asked about my Photography it has exploded and my children are growing and we are not done, we are just beginning . We have a new button as well grab it if you would like.
